Hardware Refund and Cancellation Policy

We make publically open our policy on refund and cancellation of orders received and sales of our Hardware made on payment gateway as under:-

a) Any refund/cancellation sought for by any customer will be entertained only if the Hardware has not been installed and is returned in its original state without any damages within 7 days of receipt.

b) The good/item for which a refund has been sought for will be subject to examination by experts of Phoenix secure regarding its technical/physical damage.

c) No cash or refund of money will be allowed, but item/good only will be replaced.

d) If the customer wants a refund for hardware installed in his/her vehicle the charges that will be deducted from the payment are : Wiring Set – 500 INR , Antenna GSM – 500 INR , Antenna GPS/GSM – 500 INR , SIM Card- 500 INR and uninstallation charges – 500 INR

e) Cash refund if at all required in any exceptional circumstances will be made through DD or multicity cheque(s).



Rental Refund and Cancellation Policy

We make publically open our policy on refund and cancellation of orders received and sales of our Rental Plans made on payment gateway as under:-

a) Rental Subscription paid online is non-refundable
