What are your complaint visit charges?

Engineer visit charges are Rs. 550 per visit including taxes after the first year of installation.

Is installation free?

Yes. Installation is provided free of cost.

What are the re-installation or device shifting charges?

Re-installation or device shifting is Rs. 550 per visit. If both vehicles are not available during the same visit, a separate visit charge applies.

What warranty do Phoenix Secure devices carry?

Phoenix Secure offers lifetime warranty support on eligible GPS tracker models.

Do I get a receipt or invoice?

Yes. Engineers can provide a receipt, and invoices can be requested after processing.

Do your devices support dual SIM or eSIM?

No. Current models are designed around single SIM connectivity and do not support eSIM.

Can I use my own SIM?

Yes. Phoenix Secure can also advise on the right connectivity setup for the selected model and area.

Which SIM or network do you use?

Phoenix Secure commonly uses Airtel or Vodafone depending on state-level network conditions. Airtel is the primary network in many cases.

Do I pay separately for SIM?

No. SIM charges are generally handled as part of the approved solution structure.

Will GPS tracking work in my city?

If mobile internet works in your area, GPS tracking generally works there as well.

Do you have dashcam or video tracking?

Which is the best device for anti-theft?

W1 is the main anti-theft oriented recommendation for car safety use cases.

Which is the best entry-level model?

J1 is suitable for basic live tracking, while J1i adds immobiliser support. 4G variants are also available if you prefer 4G network support.

Why is my subscription not updated after payment?

Payment updates may take between 2 and 24 hours. If you need confirmation, contact Phoenix Secure directly.

How can I make a payment?

Before Raising a Tracking Complaint

  • Keep your vehicle number ready.
  • Check if the vehicle is in a mobile network coverage area.
  • GPS may not update properly from basements or no-signal parking areas.
  • Low vehicle battery can affect tracker performance.
  • After registration, Phoenix Secure will issue a complaint number.
